Agreement of Confidentiality:
We welcome and consider it better to sign an agreement regarding maintaining confidentiality of data with our clients, so that both parties are secured by legal rights.


Systems Security:
We maintain integrity and security of our system by following:

• Employees enter the premises after finger-print identification
• Strong firewalls are protecting our networks
• We do not provide printers to our staff and they are continuously monitor by CCTVs
• Each Employees is provided separate enterprise login

Data confidentiality at our offices:
We take all reasonable measures to protect data and prevent its un-authorized dissemination by implementing following controls at our offices.

• We provide double-monitor systems to enforce paper-free work style
• Controlled and monitored provision of internet
• We do not allow to check emails to employees from other mail servers
• Computers are provided without external storage devices
• All systems are properly secured by customized anti virus programs

Security of information over our data servers:
We offer a very reliable system to store your documents over the internet, through which you can send us your files and check those files over the web. Server is very secure, each client is given a separate password to manage their files and data. We are currently hosted our servers in U.S. which are also providing regularly backups. Data is encrypted and decrypted while moving from one side to other.


Honest work force:
We believe that we you can teach technical knowledge to someone who is not educated, but you can't teach anyone to work with integrity who is not honest. The most preferable and most essential quality which we seek in our prospective employees is integrity and straightforwardness. They do not over-promise and they do not deceive. And we believe that as long as our workforce is honest, there can't be any issues of data confidentiality.


We put following checks on our employees:

• Employees have to pass an 'honesty' test before selection
• We take at least 2 personal references from each employee
• Daily work has to be reviewed by a supervisor before leaving to home
• We sign negligence and tort contracts with our employees
• The more important the information is, the less are the number of people who know it
• We maintain a periodical check on performance of our employees .
