Q. How do I ensure that you will work in the right manner?
- This may be easy for you if you are an accounting professional, but as this is least likely to be the case, then we may suggest that there is only one option, and that is just try us.
- We claim that outsourcing to us is not only cost-effective in financial terms, but it also improves financial reporting. We provide you reports which may not be being prepared by your current accountant.
- Almost all of our competitors charge setup charges, connection charges, consultancy charges, by one name or the other. However we do not charge any kind of setup costs, connection charges, consultancy charges or any other hidden costs.
- Our back office is in Pakistan. So we are able to get benefit from low rate labor and depreciated currency. Also we have devised our processes so that we are able to complete the work with efficiency and effectiveness.
- There are no fixed terms contracts involved. At any time if you feel like you can terminate contract with us, there is no notice period required from your side, however we give at least 3 months notice if we are not able to serve you any more for any reason.
- Yes there are many other companies who have devised some packages. But our philosophy is different. We see every client of us as unique and provide personalized service. We believe in client satisfaction and we deliver you exactly what you need.
- Our representative would do a detail discussion with you to understand your business and its needs. We then suggest you what kind of help we can provide you.
- If you are outsourcing your accounting now, and want to us to do a review of your previous accounts, we provide a review service for new clients. In this service we review your previous financial statements and restate them if it is necessary.
- Our hourly/monthly fee is much less than what you are paying hourly/monthly to your current accountant. There are also savings in terms of saved office space, employee costs and other maintenance expenses.
- We offer free trial for some of our clients for a limited time period. At the end of the trial period if you are not satisfied with our services, we won’t charge you for that period.
